Goals and Objectives

To provide the best possible care to patient who require surgical service in areas of General Surgery, Plastic surgery, Urology Pediatric surgery & Neurosurgery.
To promote the growth & development of research programs which integrate into the surgical practice.
To encourage the development of interdisciplinary clinical research & teaching programs between departments.
To increase the Hospital bed occupancy to 80% and increase the outpatient numbers in the Surgery department,
Minimize the referral of the cases to the least possible number.
To increase the number of operative cases especially minimal invasive surgeries in the department.
To provide best possible clinical knowledge & surgical skills to UG’s and PG’s with the available staff.
To provide 100% results and Distinction outcomes in the examinations by better teachers student interaction
To motivate & support the staff to undergo training in various subject & specialties in the form of fellowship and return to the parent institute and serve the institution.
To motivate the staff to register for PhD programme.
