Documents Required

The following original certificates are required for admission to Under Graduate (MBBS) Course at the time of admission.

NEET Rank card
10^th Marks Card
12^th Marks Card
Transfer Certificate
Study and Character Certificate
Migration Certificate (As applicable)
Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC category
Photos- 03 Numbers
Rural service Bond on Rs.100/- e-stamp paper

One set of original and 2 sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned documents should be submitted to the college at the time of admission.

If the above-mentioned original documents are not submitted within the stipulated time to the college, admission will not be processed.

General Updates

Intake: 250 seats | Eligibility: All the students must have appeared for NEET examination and qualified in the same
Age: For admission to Medical course, have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of the admission.
Educational Qualification: As intimated and revised by MCI/RGUHS/Govt. of Karnataka for relevant academic year.

Passport copy of sponsorer
Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsor is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study at the campus)
Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsor)
