Brief report of the event (in about 200 words)

On 20TH OCTOBER 2024, CME on Neuro anaesthesia: Synapsing to transmit knowledge was organized by the Department of Anaesthesiology and And Pain medicine, JSS Hospital, Mysuru

Distinguished speakers, all experts in the field of Neuroanaesthesia, imparted the Knowledge & nuances of delivering safe anaesthesia to a wide variety of neurosurgical procedures. Sessions were in the form of informative & interactive lectures. Guest speakers delivered lectures on posterior cranial fossa surgery, traumatic brain injury, Brain death and Neuromonitoring. Dr Chethanananda T N, HOD & Professor, Dept of Anaesthesiology, AIMS, Chaired a session on the topic “Cerebral Aneurysm: Highs & lows of clipping and coiling”.

In total 100 delegates attended this CME satisfactorily. And the programme was in compliance with sustainable developmental goal no. 3, 4, 9, 17.
