Report of the “World Mental Health Week – 2022 observance at AIMS- poster competition”
Department of Psychiatry and Department of clinical psychology in association with Student support cell, AIMS had organised ‘Poster competition’ for Undergraduates, Interns and Post graduates. The topic for the event was ‘awareness on mental health ‘ and participants had 3 days time for their creative submission. Finally the displaying of the posters was arranged at Psychiatry OPD on 13th October 2022.
Dr. Vasantha Kumar. K R, Professor of anesthesiology and Dr. Shetty Niharika Krishna, Professor and HOD of Ophthalmology were the judges for the event. Dr. Vaibhavi.P.S, senior resident of psychiatry was the enthusiastic coordinator of the event.

1st Place – Dr. Anwesha Mukhopadhyay and Dr. Debjani das (Interns)
2nd Place- Dr. Vivek.H.R (Interns)
3rd place- Ms. Navya.M.K (II MBBS)
Dr M.G. Shivaramu, Principal, AIMS and Dean, Health sciences (Medical), ACU and Dr. Shivakumar.B.K, Professor & HOD of Psychiatry under whose guidance the event was conducted, congratulated the winners and appreciated all the participants.
