World Anatomy Day 2025 was celebrated with enthusiasm at Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), honoring the legacy of Andreas Vesalius, the pioneer who transformed the study of human anatomy. The Department of Anatomy organized a series of creative and interactive competitions to engage students and highlight the importance of anatomy in medical science.
Close to 200 MBBS students participated actively in events such as face and body painting, drawing, rangoli, and reels competition. Students showcased exceptional creativity by integrating anatomical concepts with art, culture, and digital media. The vibrant participation reflected their passion for learning and their appreciation for the subject of anatomy.
The event created an energetic and inspiring atmosphere, strengthening student engagement and promoting a deeper understanding of foundational medical sciences.
