Free health check-up camp for school kids - Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences

As part of an outreach initiative by Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Adichunchanagiri University, a free health check-up camp was conducted by Adichunchanagiri Hospital and Research Centre for the students of S.B.G. School, Mayasandra. As part of the camp, free eye examinations were conducted for children with vision problems, and spectacles were distributed free of cost along with appropriate medical advice and guidance.

A total of 970 students participated in the health camp, and spectacles were distributed free of charge to 42 children.

The outcome of this health camp proved to be a valuable initiative in promoting student well-being and facilitating the early detection of health issues. The active participation of the students and the dedicated efforts of the medical team contributed significantly to the success of the program.
