White Coat Ceremony on 5th of October 2023

On the 5th of October 2023, the Medical Education Unit and Department of Anatomy orchestrated a white coat ceremony for the I MBBS class of 2023-24. The objectives of this event were to establish a formal introduction to the medical profession, instill a sense of responsibility, and foster a sense of belonging within the medical community.

During the ceremony, the Principal, Registrar, Faculty from Professional Year 1 and Community Medicine faculty, and senior students from the 2018-2022 batches played pivotal roles in assisting the students of the 2023 class in donning their white coats, thereby marking a significant step in their journey towards becoming medical professionals.
