Workshop on “Leadership Skills for Health Professional Educators”

The “Leadership Skills for Health Professional Educators” workshop, organized by the IQAC and Medical Education Unit of Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, brought together a distinguished panel of resource faculty on 17th November 2023.

Prasad, Professor of Pediatrics, SDUMC, Director, IQAC, SDUAHER, Kolar; Dr. Sarala N, Prof. Dept. of Pharmacology & Director Academics, SDUAHER, Kolar; Dr. Ashwini K Shetty, Professor, Dept. of Physiology, SDUMC, SDUAHER, Kolar; and Mr. Naveen Kumar. The workshop, attended by 30 faculty members, delved into diverse leadership frameworks, conflict resolution skills, and strategies for navigating change in health professional education. Participants departed with practical insights and strengthened networks, carrying with them a renewed sense of inspiration for future leadership roles.
