Objectives of the event |
The program aimed to encourage students to explore and understand the scientific basis of yoga in stress management and to provide a creative platform for students to express their ideas and knowledge. |

Brief Report of the Event |
The theme for the poster competition was “From Stress to Strength: The Transformative Power of Yoga”. Total of 12 teams participated in the competition. The judges for the poster competition were Dr. Namitha, Associate Professor, Dept. of Biochemistry and Dr. Anand K S S, Professor and Head, Dept. of Physiology. All the students presented well and were appreciated by the judges.
