Objectives of the event

The program aimed to encourage students to explore and understand the scientific basis of yoga in stress management and to provide a creative platform for students to express their ideas and knowledge.

Brief Report of the Event

The theme for the poster competition was “From Stress to Strength: The Transformative Power of Yoga”. Total of 12 teams participated in the competition.

 The judges for the poster competition were Dr. Namitha, Associate Professor, Dept. of Biochemistry and Dr. Anand K S S, Professor and Head, Dept. of Physiology. All the students presented well and were appreciated by the judges.

Feedback Analysis (Brief)

 

Feedback was collected from students. They gave positive feedback that the competition enhanced their understanding of the benefits of yoga in stress reduction and mental well-being.
