11	Brief Report of the Event (within 200 words)	The scientific session on “Dialysis Dynamics: Understanding the Art of Renal Support and Its Implications” provided a comprehensive overview of renal replacement therapy and its relevance in perioperative patient management. The session covered the principles, indications, and various modalities of dialysis, including hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Emphasis was placed on the physiological changes associated with renal failure, fluid and electrolyte management, anti coagulation strategies, and the anaesthetic considerations for patients undergoing dialysis coming for surgery. Recent advances in renal support techniques and evidence-based practices aimed at improving perioperative outcomes were also discussed. The interactive discussions and enhanced understanding of the multidisciplinary approach required in managing patients with renal dysfunction. The session was informative and clinically relevant, providing valuable insights that can be applied to improve patient safety and optimize perioperative care. presented by: Dr. Manjula R, Professor and Head, Department of Anaesthesiology, delivered a special talk as faculty speaker. The session provided valuable insights into the principles of renal replacement therapy, its perioperative implications, and practical considerations in anesthetic management, contributing to the academic enrichment of the participants.
