The Convocation of the Advance Course in Medical Education (ACME) 2026 was organized by the NMC Nodal Centre, St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, on 30th July 2026.
Dr. Vijay Shankar S, Professor, Department of Pathology, AIMS, BG Nagara, participated in the programme as the Guest Speaker. He delivered the Keynote Address on “Crafting Effective Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs)”, highlighting the essential components of well-designed EPAs and their role in competency-based medical education. He also served as a panelist in the discussion titled “Making EPAs Work in Indian Medical Colleges”, contributing to deliberations on the implementation of EPAs in the Indian medical education system.
