Induction program was conducted for First Year MBBS students and Nursing students at AIMS, B G Nagara in the divine presence of Paramapoojya Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, on 27th December 2022 (Batch of 2022)
 
Dr N K Venkataramana, Chairman and MD of Brain’s Super Speciality Hospital, Bengaluru, Dr E S Chakravarthy, Global RMG Head, TCS and Dr Amarnath Gowda, Former AKKA President were the chief guests. 
 
Dr M A Shekar, VC of ACU, Dr K Byrappa, Pro VC of ACU, Dr C K Subbaraya, Registrar of ACU, Dr N S Ramegowda, CEO of SAST, Dr M G Shivaramu, Principal of AIMS, Professor Chandrashekar, Principal of ACN, Principals of constituent colleges of ACU , faculty, Parents, and Freshers of Medical and Nursing Colleges participated in the program. 
 
AIMS Weekend Wisdom, JMSH Journal, Compendium of Publications by Faculty and AIMS Panorama were released on the occasion.
