Department of Pediatrics and Community Medicine in association with District Health and Family Welfare department, Mandya organized a Workshop on Adverse Events Following Immunisation (AEFI) and Vaccination Preventable Diseases (VPD) to all the coordinators and Nodal officers of Adichunchanagiri Hospital.
 
Dr Vinay Kumar, RCHO of Mandya and Dr Sudhir Nayak, SMO – WHO were the chief resource persons.
 
Dr M G Shivaramu, Principal of AIMS, Dr Shivakumar, COH of AH, Dr Mahendrappa, HOD of Pediatrics, Dr Radha, HOD of Community Medicine, faculty and nodal officials participated in the program.
