ACU Intercollegiate Volleyball Tournament 2025 - Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences

The ACU Intercollegiate Volleyball Tournament 2025 was organized by the ACU Sports Committee at the ACU Stadium, Adichunchanagiri University, with the enthusiastic participation of more than 200 students from constituent colleges. The event aimed to encourage students to engage in physical activities, maintain fitness, adopt a healthy lifestyle, and build team spirit while identifying sports talents among students.

The tournament was inaugurated by Dr. S. N. Sridhara, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. C. K. Subbaraya, Registrar, Adichunchanagiri University, in the presence of Principals and Deans of all constituent colleges. In their inaugural address, the dignitaries motivated students to play with indomitable spirit and passion, emphasizing the value of sportsmanship and the importance of traditional and rural sports in educational institutions.

The program was coordinated by Mr. M. C. Kumara and Mr. Kiran Kumar V. C., Physical Education Directors, along with Sports Secretaries and Coordinators. Faculty members, Heads of Departments, and students actively participated and supported the event.

The AIMS Men’s and Women’s Teams secured Second Place in the tournament.
