·       To enhance retention through active recall and quiz-based learning

·       To bridge basic sciences with clinical medicine

·       To encourage analytical thinking in anatomy , biochemistry physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and microbiology

We participated in the Pre and Paraclinical Quiz conducted as part of the Thalamus event. A total of 33 teams participated in the competition, making it a highly competitive and academically enriching event.

 

The quiz covered subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, and Microbiology through multiple rounds that tested conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and application of medical knowledge.

 

The event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen core concepts, enhance teamwork, and gain valuable exposure to a competitive academic environment. Overall, it was a rewarding learning experience that contributed to our

academic growth and confidence

Feedback analysis (brief)

Feedback was highly positive, with participants valuing the conceptual questions and subject integration. The quiz was found to be informative, well-structured, and useful for revision of basic medical sciences.
