Objectives of the event

To enhance faculty competency in performing and interpreting transoesophageal echocardiography (TEE), improve practical skills in cardiac imaging, and strengthen hands-on training through simulation-based learning.

11

Brief Report of the Event

A Hands-on Faculty Workshop on Transthoracic Echocardiography was conducted at the Skill and Simulation Centre with 15 faculty members. The resource faculty were welcomed by Dr. Shravya. The session was handled by Dr. T. A. Patil and Dr. Prashant as resource persons. The workshop included basic concepts of transoesophageal echocardiography, standard views, probe handling, and hands-on practice with simulation models.

12

Feedback Analysis (Brief)

Participants gave positive feedback and found the workshop highly useful. They appreciated the hands-on training, practical demonstrations, and guidance provided by the resource persons. Most participants felt that the session improved their understanding of transoesophageal echocardiography and increased their confidence in basic echocardiographic assessment.
