Brief Report of the Event
|
The CME began as scheduled with an invocation, inauguration by the Principal and Vice-Principal, and a welcome address by Dr. Yogesh D. followed by speaker introductions: Dr. Prashantha Kesari Consultant plastic surgeon and Dr. Shubha Kesari, Consultant Dermatologist.

In the morning session, talks were delivered, Q & A sessions were done. A talk was delivered on the topic Applied Morphological Anatomy of changes in an Ageing face by Dr. Prashantha Kesari N.K followed by Algorithmic Approach to Anti-Ageing Evaluation and Strategy for Upper, Mid and Lower 1/3 rd of Face by Dr .Prashantha Kesari N.K ,This was followed by Tea break. This was followed by a session on The Dermatological Arsenal: Energy-Based Device. Followed by talk on Principles of Biological in Skin Rejuvenation by Dr. Shubha M Kesari. After Lunch break sessions were held in Skills and Simulation lab with initial session on Facelift: Anatomical Principles Endoscopic Facelift- Video Demonstration by Dr. Shubha M Kesari followed by session on facial Anatomy and Surface marking , short sessions on Patient selection, consents, Photography and Dilution and Dosage calculations by Dr. Prashantha Kesari N.K ,followed by a live demonstration workshop was conducted where the technique of procedure was shown in detail on a volunteer. The session ended with talks on Post procedure Follow-up and Complications and troubleshooting by Dr. Shubha M Kesari.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Yogesh D, Professor & Head, Department of Dermatology.

Feedback Analysis (Brief)
|
Participant feedback indicated that the hands-on workshop was highly informative and clinically relevant. Delegates particularly appreciated the live procedural demonstrations, individualized guidance from expert faculty, and the opportunity to practice injection techniques under supervision. The workshop effectively enhanced participants’ confidence in performing botulinum toxin procedures safely and accurately. Overall satisfaction with the scientific content, organization, and learning experience was excellent, with participants recommending similar hands-on training programs in the future.

Challenges Faced
|
The workshop was conducted successfully with minimal challenges. Coordinating participants during the hands-on training sessions and ensuring adequate time for individual practice required careful scheduling. These logistical challenges were effectively managed through efficient planning, faculty support, and systematic organization, ensuring smooth execution of the workshop without affecting the learning experience.
