Brief Report of the Event

A PhD Colloquium was conducted on 16th May 2026 as part of the doctoral research programme. The colloquium provided an academic platform to present and discuss the progress and major findings of the PhD research entitled “Expression of HE4 in Primary Breast Carcinoma and its Correlation with Clinicopathological Parameters.” The presentation covered the background and objectives of the study, methodology, clinicopathological findings, immunohistochemical expression of HE4, molecular analysis, statistical evaluation, and the overall significance of the findings. The session facilitated constructive academic discussion and provided valuable feedback and suggestions from the experts and faculty members. The colloquium also helped in critically evaluating the research methodology and interpretation of results and enhanced scientific presentation and communication skills. The programme contributed to strengthening the quality, academic relevance, and scientific impact of the doctoral research.

12

Feedback Analysis (Brief)

The feedback received during the PhD colloquium was positive and constructive. The experts and faculty appreciated the relevance of the research topic and the systematic presentation of the study methodology and findings. Suggestions were provided regarding the interpretation of HE4 expression, correlation with clinicopathological parameters, statistical analysis, and presentation of research findings. The feedback helped in identifying areas for further refinement and strengthening the scientific discussion. Overall, the colloquium provided valuable academic inputs that contributed to improving the quality and clarity of the doctoral research and its presentation.

Outcome

The PhD colloquium provided an opportunity to present and critically evaluate the research findings on HE4 expression in breast carcinoma. Constructive feedback from experts and faculty helped in refining the interpretation of results, statistical analysis, and scientific discussion. The presentation enhanced the researcher’s scientific communication and presentation skills and facilitated academic interaction. The suggestions received were useful in strengthening the overall quality, clarity, and scientific relevance of the doctoral research and its potential contribution to breast cancer research and patient care.

15

Challenges Faced

No major challenges were reported. The Viva-Voce examination and academic interaction were conducted as scheduled.

16

Recommendations

The suggestions received during the colloquium may be incorporated to improve the research work. The interpretation and presentation of the findings can be further refined. The clinical relevance of HE4 in breast carcinoma may be highlighted. The research findings may be published in suitable peer-reviewed journals.
